Welcome to In House Chocolates

 

We specialise in creating chocolates all truly made by hand using the highest quality ingredients and chocolate.

In House Chooclates & Deli, 128 King Street, Castle Douglas

All our Scottish handmade chocolates are all produced at our workshop in Castle Douglas in the beautiful Dumfries and Galloway region of Scotland.

Using traditonal methods of chocolate making we pride ourselves in producing a quality handmade chocolate. Through thorough research our cream and chocolate ganaches are blended with fruits and finest liqueurs.

Our Boxed Selections, Chocolate Hampers, Hand-Dipped Fruits and Self-Select Chocolates are all available in our Castle Douglas shop. They are now available in our new online shop.

"Yes they are all made by Hand"

Tempering the Chocolate - Using the highest quality Belgian chocolate, all the chocolate is hand tempered.

Moulding the Chocolates -

Filling the Chocolates - The chocolates are all hand piped with our chocolate and cream granaches (all our recipes are top secret)

Sealing the Chocolates - The base of the mould is gently warmed and sealed with freshly tempered chocolate.

After the second cooling the chocolates are ready to be released from their mould.
