Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" or "View Basket" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. By registering with us your personal details will not be passed onto third parties, and are used solely for the purpose of our online store. You will then be transferred to the Protx secure servers for credit card payment.

We accept credit card payment thru Protx's secure payment service. Unfortunately we can only accept orders from the UK.

We accept all major credit/debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

Goods will be dispatched and delivered by carrier. Shipping and handling costs are included in the price shown

Delivery Schedule We will despatch your order within 24 hours and our carrier aims to deliver within 24 hours of dispatch. (Orders placed over the weekend will be dealt with on the next working day).

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using Protxs' secure servers. We do not store customers credit card numbers. Protx security policy.
